"What a beautiful stay! So quaint and beautiful on the lake. The rooms are very roomy, beautiful bathrooms. The staff is lovely. Breakfast limited to only French toast or cereal but French toast was delicious! We came up for Binghamton graduation and everything was sold out in Binghamton. So happy we ended up staying here! Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in China?
The best area to stay in China is Beijing for its iconic historical sites and cultural experiences, or Shanghai for its modern cityscape and vibrant international feel.

For those interested in history and tradition, Beijing is an unparalleled choice. The city provides direct access to landmarks like the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and the Great Wall. Many high-end hotels are located near the city centre, particularly around Wangfujing Street, which offers extensive shopping and dining options, and is well-connected by the underground system. Couples and families will find plenty to explore here, from ancient temples to sprawling imperial gardens.

If you prefer a more contemporary and international setting, Shanghai is ideal. The Bund, with its impressive historic architecture facing the futuristic skyline of Pudong, offers stunning views and a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Hotels in this area provide easy access to high-end shopping, fine dining, and cultural venues. Families might enjoy the Huangpu River cruises, while solo travellers will appreciate the diverse culinary scene and art galleries.

Both Beijing and Shanghai offer distinct experiences.
When is the best time to go to China?
The best time to visit China, New York, is during the late spring (May to early June) and early autumn (September to October) for pleasant weather and comfortable outdoor activities.

During these periods, the temperatures are mild, making it ideal for exploring the area's natural beauty. You can enjoy hiking, cycling, or simply relaxing by the lakes without the intense heat of summer or the chill of winter. The foliage in autumn is particularly picturesque.

For those who enjoy winter sports, December to March offers opportunities for skiing and snowboarding at nearby resorts. While colder, the landscape can be quite stunning with snow.
