"We only stayed one night. The Inn had not opened for the season yet. It is still recovering from hurricane Helene as is all of Lake Lure. Therefore, there was no dining available. We only encountered one staff person. The reception desk young woman, who was extremely courteous and accommodating. She even offered to take our bags upstairs to our room since the elevator was out of commission. Would definitely return again when everything is in operation."

"The home was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is situated perfectly between Chimney Rock and Lake Lure to be able to enjoy both towns. The area has worked hard to recover and it was great to be able to contribute as a tourist to the local economy. We can’t wait to come back!"

"We having always enjoyed staying here with the rustic atmosphere, river balconies and convenience to local shops, restaurants and Chimney Rock State Park and were so glad it reopened along with other places in town. The only negative is staff/office is not always available onsite (but we didnt need anything important) and no ice machine (but we were fine with our cooler and fridge in room)."

"Arrived all to find all the dirty laundry at the front door.Place had not been cleaned I on my anniversary weekend began my vacation cleaning. Was told I would receive a night stay refund and owner or property manger has completely ignore all messages. The place definitely is nice but need’s some repairs. "
