"The layout is terrible. The staff was not personable at all nor rude but not pleasant. Room did not look like the pictures and smelled like smoke.Had people dropping stuff in a loud. dumpster out side our window at 11pm and talking loud. Called to the desk and was told it should stop soon, really? Walls are paper thin, got free porn from our neighbors at 1am. Then the 3am train. Bed was dirty and just over all unimpressed. Might have slept better in the car."

"We love this place . Had to stay here one year bc. I got confused of our travel plans and we had no where to stay the first night. They took us in with open arms and a nice room !! We make a point to go back here every year as tradition ! It’s our first nights stay … and eat breakfast at Riverstone Restaurant right down the road ( although this place has a full breakfast stead ?? ) …. Then we visit Cades Cove that’s just past Riverstone …… I highly recommend it ! —- and they have a nice area to walk on a long side walk for excercise !!"

"Twice they forgot to come and clean our room and take out the trash. The bed was terrible, every time you moved it sounded like a sonic boom going off due to the support thing used for the mattress. A/C was difficult at times to maintain. My husband got so hot he couldn’t sleep and we ended up leaving at three thirty in the morning instead of staying the other night we still had booked. Would never stay there again. Sorry."
