Rio Serrano Hotel + Spa
4.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (460)
"It is a really nice property! Staff is AMAZING! “Aux petits soins” The food is Good! The Spa is Fantastic! The only thing… is not about the hotel… it’s all about clients attitude… they are not respectful and quiet and they SLAMMED the doors all the time - 7am or 11pm They just don’t care if you are sleeping, tired or not… So I had a concern about that… and I just tell the Guests relations desk… and guest what? No more! Voila! "

Kau Lodge
3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (48)
"The Kau Lodge is a great place to stay. Right kn the ocean, an awesome cafe and outdoors shop on the first floor and the staff is super accompdating to your needs. They ordered us a taxi transfer to the airport, let us store our bags when we did the W trek and we even checked in really late at night and someone was there to help us. The included breakfast was medicore and the rooms a tad small but everything was cozy and comfy and its super close to downtown and other restaurants."

Cabañas Lago Tyndall
3.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (137)
"The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. It is fine during quiet times during the say. The kitchen is supplied with the bare minimum, no salt etc. The bathroom does not have a shelf to put your toothbrush etc so you are stuck with the edge of the sink or the floor. Dogs and horses come up to the windows and doors and are adorable, however one night a...
