Hostal Baquedano was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Natales ahead and after completing the W trek. The location was great and only a 10 minute walk to the bus terminal to Torres Del Paine, and 5 minutes to the very centre of Natales- close to restaurants and shops. Clean and cosy

Everything was amazing

Agradecemos la amabilidad y disposición que tuvo con nosotros todo el personal, desde nuestra llegada hasta nuestra salida.

Of the three men’s toilets, one was unserviceable and another one couldn’t lock the door. Of the 4 men’s showers all had broken shower heads. Made it very difficult to have a proper shower. The men’s shower and toilets were not swept or mopped so there was a build up of hair on the floors. The dorms, or at least the one I stayed in was not swept once in the 4 days I was there. Very modern, clean room. Nice breakfast helpful staff about 10 mins walk from bus station. But no TV in room!

Very impressed with the service provided at this hostal. They were very accomodating in providing us with complimentary breakfast lunch-style boxes for us to have when we were unable to attend breakfast at their usual hours.

Clean with a lovely breakfast.

Check in was great and the property was located 5 minutes from the bus termial. Bonus was the restaurant on the ground floor, which came in super handy when I checked in at 22:00. Thanks team :)
