"The apartment was clean and well-kept, with a very comfortable bed. Alessandro, the host, was easy to reach and quick to respond. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. "
"The air conditioner did not work the first day and it broke again just before we checked out. The room is very clean. The owner was quick to attend our needs."
"The hotel is well located and we found it was very convenient for most things. It had all the basics and was comfortable. The shower was however very bad, neither was it hot or had any pressure. The communication over whatspp was good but we didn’t find the staff on reception very helpful and they didn’t have any knowledge on basics like when the Vatican museums would open. "

"When I was there they were remodeling the lobby and the bar area and making upgrades to a lot of things, once the remodeling is finished it will be beautiful, the hotel is in walking distance to everything had such a nice stay & vacation 👍"
"Following a recent 4 night stay, we really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Rooms were clean, quiet and modern. Breakfast was substantial, tasty and good quality. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful.
I would happily return in future.
For location it was about 10-15 mins from castel st angelo, which is about 10 mins from the Vatican. A metro station nearby would make access to central Rome very easy, although we walked everywhere.
My only minor criticism was that the room used paper/disposable cups, which felt a bit beneath the level of quality that the hotel offers. There is presumably a reason for this, but it would have been nice to have proper cups for a coffee."
"Front desk staff get my standing ovation. Check in made enjoyable and when needed help for medical issue, they were awesome. The place is wonderful, clean, and would definitely go there again."
"Our stay was excellent at Maison Roma piazza di Spagna. The location is tucked away in a side street between Piazza Del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna. Its a charming street dotted with art galleries and interesting shops. The staff was exceptional! The breakfast offerings were varied and plentiful! Our whole experience was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend it! No complaints! "
"We stayed here for 1 night as we had travelled from Florence for our return flight to the UK. The hotel was chosen based on the rating, reviews, and location. It did not disappoint! We were very pleased with the service at Reception when we checked in. Our rooms were very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We chose to have breakfast included and the choice of food was excellent. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, with the Trevi Fountain a 1 minute walk away, and with shops and eating places very close by.
We would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it. "
"Very helpful staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. Nice lounge and bar area. Very good location being close to the Metro for getting to the main sights. Only criticism is the lifts - one ground to first, second down a corridor first to upper levels. Lifts are tiny for the number of residents and it's a problem when staff are trying to use the same lifts - gave up waiting and walked down four levels."
