It is a bit pricey but well worth it. They accommodated as vegetarians. They make their own wine from grapes grown on the property and the meal was complimented with 4 wine pairings that were very unique. We return there every year for a night or two"

"This was the best hotel I've probably ever stayed at. The service alone and all of the staff members were impeccable, and the concierge had the best recommendations for us and arranged our dinner reservations on our behalf, which were perfect. Big shoutout to Nicola at the front desk! The design of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, whoever was in charge of the renovations did a fabulous job, and the location was super convenient and safe. "It was a very historic building but the rooms were cut, clean, spacious and nice. It is walking distance to Piazza San Marco and very close to the port. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and churches nearby.

Rooftop bar was a good perk, we had aperitivo before going out to supper in Lido.
We stayed in October and it was quieter than Venice but I can see that place booming in the summer months. "
