The customer service was amazing especially poy the lady that helped with directions and walking us to the tuk tuk into the city for some shopping. The manager for food and beverage Yuth was so insightful and a hands on when it came to food suggestions such exceptional service , Alex the night front manager was very helpful and kind to all our needs . "Even though we went to the wrong hotel first ( with the same name) the hotel was convenient for our purpose to the visit to Bangkok and was clean and comfortable and the staff were very attentive we did order a meal though room service which took a couple of hours to arrive ( we actually had showers and gone to bed but when arrived was enjoyable "

"Clean, spacious room with an amazing view of the cityscape of Bangkok. Within 15 minutes’ walk of the ginormous “Central World” shopping centre. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had the international buffet breakfast on our first morning and it was delightful. It’s a very big hotel but was peaceful and orderly and we loved our stay here. "
