"Es un robo y una estafa, reservé una habitación y me hicieron el cargo, a los pocos minutos se comunicaron del hotel a mi celular directamente diciéndome que la aplicación estaba mal y que ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles y que tenía que cancelar en la aplicación sabiendo que en la aplicación si cancelo no me devuelven el dinero a lo que me dijeron que ellos se iban a encargar de devolver el dinero por medio de la aplicación y nunca lo hicieron. y cuando puse un reporte para la solicitud...
