"This hotel is located in a very walkable area which feels very safe. We really enjoyed being able to easily access the zoo, the teleferico, and restaurants. Sadly, we had to room hop a couple times after challenges with roaches, and a broken bed. We were placed in an upgraded room after all the issues, which was much better than the previous 2 rooms. The wifi was also a disappointment as it was not sufficient for virtual meetings. I think this hotel is fine if you get a room without issues...

"I had a great time at Serdan and the hotel and staff were really nice. I stayed there 2 nights and hiked up Pico De Oriziba which was a great adventure. Recommend it. "
