Step inside to find a spacious hallway leading to a cosy snug room, an ideal spot to relax with a good book. The bright and airy kitchen diner is the heart of the home, fully equipped with a Nespresso Magimix coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer. The dining area seats six comfortably, and the kitchen also features a sofa seating area with a smart TV. There's also a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer, and a downstairs WC.

On the first floor, there are two beautifully appointed bedrooms—a cosy double and a spacious king-size with an en suite shower room. The family bathroom boasts a luxurious freestanding bath and a separate shower. The top floor offers an additional double bedroom with a smart TV and en suite shower room, perfect for guests seeking extra privacy.

Great House in mint condition

Very spacious and stylish house with a lovely garden. The place was ideal for us who were three couples. The owner met us and showed us around, this is her house that she vacates for rentals A few things could be very easily improved to make it a five start comfort rating.

A GOOD STAY CLOSE TO TOWN

Easy to find, with good parking in front. The house is bright and spacious. All rooms were spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. The open plan kitchen/diner/lounge is large and well-equipped, with sliding door access to a long and very neat garden. Overall a very good choice for our group of 5. About 1km walk to CFT, with town centre just beyond.
