Elms Way is a beautifully renovated property within a stones throw of West Wittering. The house itself is filled with thoughtful touches making it feel comfortable and stylish.
Entering the home there is a long hallway with a office space, to the end of the hallway you enter the sitting, dining and kitchen area. The sitting room is filled with large comfortable sofas so guests can relax in the evening and watch their favourite programmes on the large smart TV with Sky, or just Bluetooth to the Bose soundbar and enjoy your favourite tunes while playing one of the many board games provided with the log burner roaring. The dining area and kitchen over look the rear garden with breakfast bar and dining table for you to enjoy what you have whipped up in the kitchen or for a real treat try one of the takeaways in the village.
The kitchen itself is well equipped to comfortably self cater for your stay with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster. Through to the utility there is a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. For those travelling as a family the hosts have provided a travel cot and a booster seat.
Elms Way has three bedrooms, one on the double on the first floor with en suite and two double rooms on the ground floor. Off the main ground floor hallway there is also a WC and a separate shower room.
The private rear garden has been thoughtfully finished with an outside seating area and loungers. The host has also provided for guests use, a gas barbecue, a wood smoker and a Paella burner so you can enjoy indulging your culinary skills! At the front of Elms Way there is plenty of parking on the drive and host offers free use of an EV charger.
The hosts at Elms Way have gone to enormous trouble to make the property comfortable and well equipped for guests to have a memorable stay.

A spacious, warm, comfortable, well-equipped, modern holiday house. Everything we needed for a fabulous family week's holiday. Easy 20 min walk to the wonderful West Wittering beach, local pub and cafe.

Breathtaking
Wow, although having viewed the house online it was amazing once we were in. Spacious, clean and everything that we needed for our stay. Enough room for 6 adults to join together or take off somewhere within the house.
This is our third rental proposition from Henry Adams and cannot fault them, very professional and friendly. Feel that we hit the jackpot with this house, location is superb and quiet - set in a private road. Garden was sunny from first thing in the morning, coffee and book to evening , cheeky little refreshment.
We all loved this so much that booking is in place for sometime next year.

Christmas Stay 2025
We recently stayed over the Christmas period 2025.
Positives: comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and house, good location, nice welcome pack, made very festive for us.
Not so positives: no instructions for the digital heating/water system or ensuite bath/shower digital system which failed to function correctly and subsequently could not be used. The SKY tv has very minimal channels and kept switching off mid programme, few areas needed more cleaning attention and finishing, few radiators in property not working/switched off. In particular we feel there should have been a manual supplied with basic working instructions for all the digital systems and the notion it had SKY tv was misleading. We do not understand why such a complicated bath system would be put in a rental property. These issues unfortunately let our stay down when we were away to relax.
