"I have stayed at this place before, and each time it has been fantastic! The room looks the same as it does online (pretty small, but has all working appliances and a pull out bed for more space) , and there is a handicap accessible entrance if you stay on the first floor with ramps! "Room was clean and they came in the next day to clean it again. All staff was courteous, including concierge, bell hop, and valet personnel. They upgraded our room for free. Beautiful view of the river. Valet Parking is expensive, $78/night. Although, all parking downtown in Chicago is expensive. Self parking would have been $58 dollars but it was full. "
