Completely rehabbed 3 bedroom 2 bathroom high end, 3rd floor condo in a historic greystone, 5 minutes walk to Wrigley Field. And only 2 minutes walk to Clark or Halsted Streets. New open back porch for your enjoyment. Parking included.

For the safety and security of our guests we installed the security cameras outside the building. They are aimed at parking, front and rear building entry doors and outside passage. None are inside the apartments or in the spots where they would interfere with guests' privacy.

Unit 3 was great. Very clean and set up great for our stay. There wasn't anything we needed that already wasn't there. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms better than many 4 star hotels. Communication from the owner was great. Perfect location for going to Wrigley Field and enjoying all the businesses on Clark St. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great place to stay. Restaurants and stores are walking distance. We wish they had hot pads. We had to use a towel and my sister got a good burn on her hand.

Weekend Getaway

We took the MLK weekend to get away to Chicago to do some brewery hopping and exploring neighborhoods away from the usual downtown attractions. This was the perfect location for walking around and getting to Wrigley Field. The unit is fresh, clean and very comfortable.

Perfect stay in Chicago

Our host made everything so easy. Check in, check out couldn't have been simpler. Fluffy towels and gorgeous bathrooms. Coffee and beer waiting for us. Comfy beds and a toasty gas fireplace. A 7-11 at the end of the street for buying snacks and wine. Amazing location. Spotless! We can't wait to go back in the summer and enjoy the deck.

Great property, great location!

This 3 bedroom was perfect for us! The location was great - walking distance to Wrigley Field and close to many places to eat. The condo was immaculately clean with many nice touches to make us feel welcome. The linens were super soft and fluffy and we all slept great in the comfy beds. The bathrooms were luxurious and roomy, making them easy to share. The host responded quickly to all my inquiries and made check in and check out easy. We had a delightful stay here.

Clean, newly remodeled, great location, condo in Chicago

We were very impressed with the condo. There was so much attention to detail and the location couldn't have been better for the wedding events we attended during our stay. Walking distance to Southport where there are a lot of restaurants and stores. Close to Wrigley Field, although we did not stay during baseball season.

The BEST of Wrigleyville!

Just perfect! Perfect location, awesome amenities. Communication with the host was spot on. Arrival was easy! The condo is perfectly appointed down to the very fluffy bath towels! The location is close to everything you came to Wrigleyville for! We will definitely be back again.

WOW! You won't be disappointed!

Everything from communication prior to booking to check out was amazing. We visited for our daughters wedding and wanted accommodations for two family's and this was perfect in every way. The house is clean and well stocked with all the kitchen gear you would need. Thank you for the coffee, water and beer. It was a nice way to relax after a long day traveling. We will be back!

Don’t Hesitate To Stay Here

We had the most amazing time. More importantly the location was 5 Stars. Directly between Boys Town and Wrigley Field. We could walk to everything. The house was STOCKED with everything you need, very clean, and had a wonderful back porch for morning coffee. A huge bonus for us was the thermostat was not locked and we could sleep comfortably at night. The host Peter was very responsive to messages and even allowed us to check in early and leave a little later. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful Stay!

Our extended family rented the whole building while we were in Chicago for our nephew's wedding. This included Units 1-3 & the Garden Unit. This is a BEAUTIFUL building in a great neighborhood with fun bars, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. Our host was so accommodating, including giving us street parking passes along with the 6 spaces behind the building. Each unit is tastefully done and provided with top of the line amenities. Best of all there was even beer, water & other drinks in the frig. We very highly recommend this property and hope to stay again when we are in Chicago.

Very Nice Rental!

The rental was very well kept and appointed. The bathrooms were equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make up wipes, toothpaste and even tooth brushes. The kitchen had beer and water waiting for us upon our arrival as well as coffee pods and tea. The renter literally thought of everything. Rental was perfect for our group of six adults. The location was great. It was right near all things Wrigleyville and a relatively quick Uber ride downtown. The only thing we were a bit surprised by was the two flights of stairs to get into the unit. Would definitely come back!

Amazing perfect place for family and friends

This place is AMAZING!!!! My family loved it. So spacious and clean and everything you need is there. Thank you for putting extra love and care of the place the beers in the fridge are fantastic to have-my husband went for it right away!:-) thank you for allowing us to check in earlier so we could get ready for our family’s wedding. It was a tight schedule but with you helping us check in early truly helped a lot. The only thing my mom would like to add is that she said to put mirrors in every rooms, and the shower hooks could go down a little to composite short people like us:-))) and yea, a handicapped bar in the showers.would help. I wasn’t sure if there’s handicapped shower in first and second floor. If there is that’s where we would booked it next. Thank you for being so accommodating and your fast response to every query I’ve made. We will definitely come back and stay with you! Until next time
