The gentleman at the front desk is the only thing enjoyable about my stay at this location. The refrigerator was missing a leg and would tip over when I opened the door. I told the desk and I saw him write the note for maintenance to fix the issue. I was told that since it was Friday, it would have to wait until Monday. Monday came and went and on Wednesday I went back to the desk and told the very nice man that the refrigerator was still not fixed. He sighed and apologized, wrote another note, and that was it. I spent the week in an extended stay so I could cook for myself while working in the area but ended up eating out every night. It was only a matter of time before the refrigerator would tip all the way over and fall on top of me, so I could not buy groceries. The hallways wreaked of marijuana constantly. That was a HUGE issue for me. I stay in extended stays all the time, and I have dealt with residents before. I make a complaint, the desk tells the resident, and the next thing I know I have a resident knocking on my door telling me to mind my own business, or worse, so I kept my mouth shut until I was checking out. At night, people gather in the side parking lot and drink, hoot & holler, and smoke marijuana. I work 6am to 11pm seven days a week and I just don't have the time to mess around patrolling the parking lot, nor did I want a conflict with the residents outside. It already did not feel safe, so I saved my complaint until I checked out. Awful place, just awful.
