I have stayed here twice now. This place will always be my go-to when I’m in Chicago. The rooms are clean. The property is clean. The property is near many stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would suggest asking for extra pillows or bring your own.

The room clean enough and staff was helpful. The room had a kitchenette but it was useless. There was not 1 kitchen item like a pot, pan, silverware or even a coffee maker. That was disappointing

it was nice and clean, plus close to a lot of places to eat and shop. My floor smelled a little like fish but that was the only bad part

My room was decent, I seen lots of rust on the lamps and around the shower head, the Couch was scratched up and very old with stains on it. ROACH WAS ON THE FLOOR! I killed about 2-3 small baby roaches. The refrigerator was dirty needed to be wiped out. The cover had a slight smell.

It is in a very nice location and it is a nice property. I think the rooms could have a better appeal with nice quilt covers or some type of cover not sheet. The pillow cases had stains on them and also providing extra set of pillows for sleeping. Love the flooring! The bathroom adding soap dishes even if you don’t supply toiletries. The price is reasonable and l am glad of that and was a blessing! Just a few things to add but a nice place. Having someone over your head that walked all night not the hotels fault but it was very annoying. Maybe a posting of things to be mindful of!

The room was clean and everything was good. The only thing was i had to go to the front desk to get more towels and bring the dirty one down to them. But other then that. My stay was good.
