Located on the 4th floor, the unit offers a quieter, more private setting away from the street below. Please note that the building does not have an elevator, so guests will need to use the stairs.

The full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, snacks, or your morning coffee, while the full bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays especially convenient. Wander 26th Street: When you get to Little Village (or La Villita as the locals affectionately call it), you’ll be greeted by the terracotta arch over 26th Street that reads “Bienvenidos a Little Village”. We recommend using Uber or Lyft as the easiest and most convenient way to get around Chicago during your stay. Rideshare service is readily available in the area and provides quick access to downtown, popular neighborhoods, restaurants, attractions, and entertainment throughout the city. However, we are very close to a train station that gets you downtown in 15 minutes or so.

If you’re driving, street parking is available in the neighborhood during the day, but **parking becomes very difficult to find after approximately 5–6 PM**. For the easiest experience, we strongly recommend using Uber or Lyft, especially when heading out in the evening.

Noise level must be minimal after 9pm. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.
