The entire place was very clean and pretty well maintained at least on the inside. Its a bit drafty but thats a bit nice.

Absolutely lovely house to stay in with all amenities on hand.Thomas our host was wonderfully accommodating and extremely helpful with tips on local shops and eating places.Perfectly placed for trains, supermarket and eating establishments.Would definately stay here again and can't recommend this lovely place enough.Thankyou so much Thomas, kind regards Debbie, David and Shaun

Clean and great location for a Chicago trip!

We loved having dedicated parking and the old farmhouse worked perfect for our group. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but it was easy to get to the sightseeing we wanted to do, the house was clean, check in and out were super easy, host was VERY easy to communicate with and provided great information very quickly! Everything was clean and we had all we needed and beds were comfortable. Really great for our group!

Better than the hotel!!

My family was in town for a dance event and we missed out on booking the hotel where the convention was held. I’m so glad we did, because staying at the urban farmhouse was a treat. Everyone had their own space and it was clean, cozy and comfortable. The listed pics didn’t really do it justice; it was a great find.

Wonderful Host and Location

My only complaint would be the amount of traffic in front of the house. The house was wonderful. Easy access, lots of space, comfortable beds, and so much more. Only a 17 mile drive to downtown Chicago. Lots of shopping and eating within walking distance.

Cute farmhouse in Chicago suburbs

Neat property with lots of room for family. Nice amenities including a fun welcome basket, a full kitchen, and laundry facilities. The A/C was much appreciated as was the easy checkin procedure. Some of the spaces could have used a little more attention to cleaning but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Would absolutely stay again! Property manager stayed in contact with me before and during my stay. Sent me information on local spots and also ways to take the train. Not only was the property clean and ready to go. It felt like home.

Cute little old place

Well air conditioned, plenty of space for our party of 6. The beds were not deluxe, but not the worst. Didn't have to use the kitchen much, thankfully. It's a bit of an awkward layout with not much counter/prep space. Wifi and TV worked well. Pretty easy to access the property and the location worked great for us.
