Welcome to our 3rd Wrigleyville Vacation Rental location The Wrigleyville Garden. This 2 bedroom 1 bath Garden Suite is located 1 block from Wrigley Field on the quiet side of the park. Live like a local in this beautifully remodeled graystone. This Prime unit is located just off the Wrigley Field Campus behind the Hotel Zachary. All the city has to offer is just outside your door. Chicago License # HM15504
Easy Transportation- The 'L' train is your ticket to everywhere in the city. The Red line is 2 blocks away. The Brown line 6 Blocks away on Southport. Cab's and Uber/Lyft all easy to find. Easy to take the train from O'Hare or Midway Airports and walk, cab or train your way around town.

*Need parking? Neighborhood parking passes included. Street parking is easy at this location with the exception being 2 hours before and after games/events at Wrigley. If you will be visiting during a Cubs home stand or other Wrigley Field event and would like a reserved parking spot please let us know in advance. We do have access to a limited amount of discounted reserved parking spots for our guests.

Coffee- Local coffee shops and bakeries nearby along with Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts a few blocks in any direction its easy to get your coffee fix.

Breakfast, Lunch-Tons of local establishments nearby on Clark and Addison or on Southport.

Dinner- Tons to choose from in the neighborhood within walking distance. OR- take the train to State and Rush for Gibson's OR quick cab to Lincoln Park. There are so many choices In Wrigleyville. Please let us know if we can help you find the right dining spots for your occasion.

Pizza- Several to choose from in the area. Our favorite is D'Agositino's on Southport.

Entertainment-
Head East to Clark Street and explore all that is Wrigleyville. Head West a couple blocks and explore the Southport Corridor for a more local feel. Walk to coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner, bars, pubs, patio restaurants, parks, splash parks, ice skating in the winter, movies, theatre, bowling, groceries, local shopping, high end retail, and much, much more.

-Walk to Wrigley Field to see the CUBS.

-Visit Lake Shore Drive and walk the Lincoln Park Zoo- greatest Free Zoo in the Country.

-Go to the Beach.

-Go to a local street festival.

-Take the kids to one of many neighborhood parks

-Hit the splash park at Gallagher way.

-Go to a concert or movie in the park

-Go Ice Skating at Gallagher way in the winter.

The garden apartment was very clean and the location was very convenient to restaurants and activities. Parking passes were provided for street parking which was easy to find. I would definitely stay again on a return visit to Chicago.

Girls getaway Cubs game

This place was perfect, we had a girls trip make it out of the chat group and went to a Cubs game. We were one block away from Wrigley! We were in walking distance of so many cute shops and restaurants! The property was so clean and perfect for what we needed! We will be back!

Property is located in a great neighborhood only a block from Wrigley Field. The property manager, Chris, was very informative and responsive prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. Plenty of places within walking distance of the unit to eat and drink. 5 of 5, would highly recommend if you are in town for a Cubs game.

Perfect place to stay near Wrigley

The lower level apartment was perfect for us. Plenty of room to relax, very quiet, and clean. We chose this place due to its location (proximity to Wrigley Field) and it was perfect. Less than two blocks to the gates at Wrigley. Saved us time and money - no Uber rides, no delays. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Chris!

A must if staying in Wrigleyville

Two buddies and I recently stayed at The Wrigleyville Garden, and we hope to stay here again when we come up to watch the Cubs play again. We loved the location but also the place itself. It was clean, well kept and exactly what we needed and what we were looking for. The beds were comfortable and we were able to make ourselves at home very comfortably before and after the games. The neighborhood is quiet and is as advertised in terms of proximity to Wrigley and its surroundings. Chris, the host, checked in on us multiple times which was very much appreciated. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Upon checking in, we found that he has a book to help familiarize you with the area, including a listing of their favorite Chicago and Wrigleyville spots. All 3 of us would definitely recommend The Wrigleyville Garden, and hope to stay there the next time we visit. Thank you Chris!

Walk to Wrigley and Metro

This location is perfect for games at Wrigley. The Metro station is 3 blocks away. This was one of the cleanest properties we have stayed in. When we arrived the carbon monoxide monitor was beeping and needed new battery. A call to the owner got a new carbon and smoke detector installed promptly. Great customer service. This unit is the lower level and down a few inside stairs to enter. The washer and dryer are shared with the building and coin operated. However, quarters were provide by the owner. Because we were there during a Cubs home stand we did arrange for garage parking with Chuck as recommended by the owner. We were able to park in a garage across the alley from our unit. Very convenient. On street parking during game days would have been a real challenge. We would certainly stay here again for future Cubs games.

My wife has officially deemed The Wrigleyville Garden as the only spot for our Chicago stays. It's 6 blocks to her sons apartment, it was very clean and excellently kept. The entrance instructions were easy to follow and we walked in like it was our apartment. Everything worked well and the guess book answered all our questions.
