Everyone was pleasant and the bed was so comfortable! Only downfall was my room didn’t cool enough for my liking and I had the AC on.

Easy access to get downtown with a younger child. Plenty of restaurants and the area us developing nicely. Pool was cold but not a big deal.

Overall a great stay. The only issue was my room was near the elevator, and it was quite loud most of the night. Don’t know if there’s much they can be done about this, perhaps better sound dampening on the doors? Anyway, I love coming here and will be back next year.

This hotel has THE BEST BED! But there was an issue with the tub. It was super hard to turn the water on and the stopper was broken as well.

Overall great stay. Only wish there would have been bellhop help with check in/out. I was traveling alone with my daughter and could have used some extra help (totally a me problem). Everything was great, staff was friendly, pool was warm. Will definitely stay here again.

Going the Extra Mile
I had worked on preparation for a surgical appointment traveling to Chicago. When I attempted to print it out within the 18th-floor Platinum Club, the computer would not work due to a failed keyboard. Celina Wladzinska, a Westin employee, was able to print the document I needed for an 8 am appointment the next day. This was a tremendous help!

There was a huge gathering there on the night we stayed. We heard kids running and screaming in the hallway until very late into the night. Tried to call down to the desk but the room phone didn't work. Far from a peaceful night.
