The Neighborhood Hotel - Little Italy Studio

1 KING BED + 1 BATHROOM

This airy studio exudes a mid-century Italian meets sleek urban loft vibe. Pops of color compliment soaring ceilings while sophisticated villa energy lies in the details (picture: terrazzo inspired floors/countertops and elegant plaster accents).

One king bed features a cushy mattress topped with plush linens.

The bathroom is equipped with Malin + Goetz bath products, combo washer/dryer, plenty of towels and other essentials (i.e. hair dryer, etc.).

A well-appointed kitchenette comes equipped with a Moccamaster coffee machine (stocked w/ local grounds), two-burner stove top, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.

For workers and streamers, the wifi and smart tv are solid.
