Just half a block from Clark Street, this quiet tree-lined street is only steps from the local restaurants, shops and stops this vibrant neighborhood has to offer. This location also boasts convenient access for trains and buses to downtown and a quick 15-minute walk to Edgewater beach. This private, second floor apartment includes a sunny dining and living room area, 2 spacious bedrooms with queen beds, dedicated office space, bathroom and kitchen fully equipped for all of your culinary needs. For a retreat outdoors, the unit includes a front terrace with chairs and table, and on the back porch a view of the surrounding Andersonville neighborhood set for outdoor dining. We had a wonderful Christmas week stay in Andersonville! The condo is just as described - sunny and bright. We were able to use the ample kitchen facilities for holiday food preparation. We enjoyed having Andersonville at our fingertips. We were surprised to figure out that parking on this street is actually easy. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
