Wonderful Stay

We had the best stay! Kim was readily available for any questions we had and the accommodations were exactly like they were described. Would definitely stay again if given the opportunity! The walk to Wrigley was about 30 minutes but felt so short! I highly recommend!

Excellent place to enjoy Cubs games

My son and I spent 4 days enjoying baseball games and sightseeing in Chicago. The location is wonderful and only a few blocks from the L-train and around the corner from bus stops.

Great spot! Easy walk to Wrigley

We had a great time at Roscoe Village Inn. The location is perfect if you’re going to Wrigley. The unit is well equipped, clean, and comfortable and check in is super easy. Lots of cool restaurants and taverns nearby and everything you need is within walking distance.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

The place was clean and super comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and allowed me to enjoy some nice morning walks before heading into work. The apartment had all the amenities needed to make me feel right at home and the host were very courteous and checked on me periodically to see how my stay was.

We loved this 3rd floor apartment. The owner lives on the 1st floor and was very helpful. The apartment was clean. The shower had hot water and water pressure was excellent. The beds were comfortable.

The Roscoe Village Inn is a fantastic place to stay - the property was spotless, well equipped, and easily accessed. Terrific spot in a great location

We didn’t know about Roscoe Village before booking our stay but it’s a terrific area with restaurants and bars and yet it’s quiet and welcoming. Kim was super responsive and the accommodation very nice and as advertised. We’d stay here again.

We chose the location for the proximity to the ball park (Cubbies) and to experience the neighborhood feel of Chicago and local restaurants. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood and lovely updates to the unit, very clean!

Very nice vacation rental

Very nice place, clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Neighborhood is nice with front parking and short walk to catch bus/ train. I recommend this place and would book it again on our next trip to Chicago. Kim was helpful and friendly, checking to see if we needed anything

Quiet Roscoe Village Find

We were In town for a wedding and baseball game. The quiet family location was perfect, and centrally located for all our activities. The apartment was spotless, and had everything we needed for a great weekend.

Cozy Roscoe retreat

As past residents of the area, we wanted to be near the cafes, restaurants and quaint boutiques. The location could not be beat! We enjoyed the layout of the unit with the kitchen , 2 large bedrooms and comfy living space for our family. Highly recommended, we hope to be back!

Long Weekend in Chicago

We stayed here for a long weekend in Chicago with our two teenage daughters. The place was perfect for our get-away. An easy walk to restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops. Easy to get to the Brown line, wrigley, and the shops on Southport. would highly recommend.

Location and great area!!

A great experience

My husband and I together with another couple stayed at 3515 N. Seeley Avenue at the home of Kim and Ron Kinn. It was wonderful. We really enjoyed Roscoe Village with its neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. We were in town for the Ohio State-Northwestern football game at Wrigley Field. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and furnished. I would highly recommend this location.
