Discover Urban Living in this spacious 3-bed, 2-bath condo nestled in the
vibrant River West neighborhood. Flooded with natural light, the open-concept
living is a great space to unwind after a day exploring the city. Prepare
gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in comfortable bedrooms and
refresh in spacious bathrooms. You’ll be steps from acclaimed restaurants, art
galleries and boutiques, a short drive to trendy West Loop and a block from
the Blue Line to access to downtown.
General Policies:
Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please
include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your
inquiry.
Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis
only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation
without refund.
Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full
duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone
else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.
Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all
posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps
like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.
**House Rules:**
Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.
Additional Policies:
* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.
* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.
* If you are bringing a pet, only 1 dog is permitted. Pets are limited to 1 unless it's a service pet and cats are not allowed. Please send an inquiry if you have further questions.

Absolutely Wonderful!
A quaint getaway that is in walking distance to many restaurants and easy access to public transportation. This was the perfect place for our family to wind down and rest after a busy day sightseeing.
This was the perfect place to wind down and relax after a day sightseeing in Chicago. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of many restaurants, a CVS, and the Blue Line Subway.
Highly recommended. Walkable to both downtown and other local neighbourhoods (e.g. Fulton Market) with good local services (shops, coffee, restaurants). Property itself is quiet and spacious with all necessities.
Very convenient location using the blue line (to and from O'hare) and 66 bus line to get to downtown Chicago/navy pier area. Lots of restaurant in the area especially the smallest/coziest bar (the matchbox bar) which is just around the corner.
There was a little hick-up with getting the checking in instructions but was easily resolved after talking to the managing company.
will definitely come back to this location to visit Chicago!

Great location! 3 minute walk from bus stop and metro system. When we booked, it said that there was a on site parking spot but there wasn’t, we had to pay for parking about 3 blocks away. The property had sticky spot all over the floor and could use a good floor cleaning but everything else was clean. Location was great and we felt really safe in this neighbourhood. Walking distance from restaurants. The space itself work great for our family.

Does not have "on site parking" as it states in the body of the property description.
This was a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood. The house was stocked with the bare necessities (except for not having enough toilet tissue). However, it states in the description that it has onsite parking. Further down it then describes how hard it is to park in the city. You absolutely cannot park at or near the property for more than a few hours. We had to pay $237.00 to park at a garage and then spent $336.00 on Uber rides. In 25 years of rentals, this was the most disruptive inaccuracy I have ever had to deal with on a trip. I communicated this via the VRBO app and the rental company who handles the property said to take it up with the owner ourselves.
