Spacious, open, and modern, my two bedroom loft is the perfect spot to welcome you to the Windy City. All the comforts of home are provided to you to ensure a comfortable stay. Downtown is just 10 minutes away, and there's plenty to do within walking distance as well! You'll love exploring the city from this centrally located base, coming back in the evening to shoot some pool and unwind, and resting up to do it all again the next day. Don't miss out on this gem, book today!

For sleeping, it has a king bed, two queen beds (the bunk bed), a sleeper sofa, two queen air mattresses, and a couple single air mattresses, and often an extra or two. So assuming two people to a bed and a couple on single air mattresses, it sleeps 14. You can find the air mattresses in the primary bedroom and the brown storage bin by the first floor bathroom.

Parking is public/street. There are usually spots available out front and if not within a block or two. You can use google street view of 715 N Ashland to get a better idea of the parking situation if needed.

Exploring Chicago for the weekend
We enjoyed our stay. We were out exploring the city for the whole weekend so we didn’t spend a lot of time actually on-site. But it was a convenient location to all the things we wanted to do. It was also great for a place to crash at the end of the days. This is a great place to operate out of especially for groups! I would recommend it.

Place was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Everything you need is already provided for you. Blow up mattresses, Linens, extra pillows, towels, hand towels, you name it! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Amazing location for large group
We loved our stay in this property while we had a reunion at the music festival closing out the summer. The house was easily accessible with multiple options for a large group to sleep with air mattresses, extra sheets and pillows. All amenities were in working order and large TV made our stay comfortable. The noise decibel device was a nice touch to ensure there were no noise complaints :) Thank you for hosting us!

Nice stay for a group of freinds
Nice stay for a group of friends, we where in town to go to the Packers vs Bears game. Place was clean, check in was very easy, owner was extremely easy to communicate with. Nice large space with 2 bathrooms. Truthfully only 3 beds with a fold down sofa bed, but tons of room. Thank you for a Great Stay, would definately book again!!

Lovely place to stay!
The property was so well managed and Robert was awesome to work with! He even left coffee and tea in the cupboard along with extra air mattresses in a closet. It fit 11 of us perfectly and there were so many extra towels, along with a washer and dryer. I highly recommend this loft!

Very Nice Yet Pricey
We originally booked this for 12 guests. Only 8 showed up which worked out because of sleeping arrangements. Would've been a very tight sleep for 10-12 guys. The price per night was very expensive, especially compared to the average per night for this place (around $500 avg.). We went during "peak" season so we paid more than double the average which I would say is way to expensive. Both guys who slept on air mattresses ended up on the floor in the mornings because the air mattresses were deflated, so that wasn't very nice. Bunk beds were very squeaky and moved around enough to discourage a few individuals from sleeping on the top bunk. When we got there the upstairs bathroom sink was clogged so we had to free that. Parking wasn't too bad of an issue but the listing said "1 Parking spot" but when I got there the owner said just find public parking on Ashland Ave because there is no specific spot. Only other issue we had was it looked as if one of the external cameras was pointed in towards the window letting whoever is viewing the cameras a clear view into the living room where we were all hanging out/sleeping. We put some pillows in front of the camera and didn't worry about it to much after that. Overall we had a good time and a good stay. Place was clean, pool and darts was a fun pass time. Location isn't bad and there are Ubers and scooters to take you anywhere in the city. The condo was clean and accommodated our party nicely.

Definitely a neat spot
Everything appeared to be as advertised, check in and check out was quick and easy, and the location is close enough to attractions and food to be convenient, but far enough outside of the central city that getting rest was easy. We quite enjoyed our stay and we're about to pack plenty of activities in, but still rested well. Thanks again!
