There are about 5 steps that you have to go down to get to the apartment. Older building with radiant heat managed by the building.

The space
Our beautiful and newly renovated apartment features one bedroom with two queen sized beds and brand new comfortable mattresses that you'll love sinking into after a long adventurous day in the city. In our kitchen you’ll find sleek cabinetry along with a full-sized stainless steel fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove. In our apartment you'll also find one full bathroom equipped with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and fresh towels. The entire space is flooded with natural light that flows in from large windows in the living room and bedroom. In our living space you'll be able to kick back and relax on our comfy couch while taking in the urban and modern decor. If you need to get some work done while vacationing, you’ll have access to WiFi and a desktop with a comfortable chair for your convenience.
Guest access
During your stay at our apartment you will have full and private access to the entire garden unit including the patio. Check-in any time after 3 pm and as late as 11 pm, check-out at or before 11 am.
-PARKING-
There is free parking for one COMPACT sized vehicle in the rear of the building as well as free street parking on Winnemac Ave in the front of the building. The parking spot in the rear of the building thats designated for our guests is the first spot closest to the alley. Since the spot is closest to the alley, any car larger than a compact vehicle will impede others from exiting their parking space and will leave your car vulnerable to getting damaged by cars passing through the alley.
