Be careful if you pay ahead for parking. Valet parking is the only option for this hotel. You will be charged and will have to constantly remind the valet and front desk that it is already paid for.

We stayed here for a concert and the hotel was within walking distance to the McCormick place where the concert was held. Property had valet parking which was great. The only thing I wish they had was someone to help with bringing luggage to your room. Other than that, the hotel was perfect, great location, the staff very friendly and accommodating. I Will definitely support this hotel again. Not to mention the rooftop bar on the 22nd floor was perfect as well. We didn’t even have to leave the hotel to have a great night life experience.

The only problem we had were loud neighbors. The walls are paper thin and there was a family that kept us up until 2 am. Other than that, the staff and hotel itself was wonderful! As long as we didnt have to be up early the next day, we would definitely stay again.

Paid for drinks never received
Good location for a Bears’ game. Paid for drink vouchers we were unable to use. The View was closed the night of our stay for a closed private party. They weren’t serving drinks the following day until 11am and we had to check out by then.

Went to the bears game so hotel was close by to walk. Hotel was clean and our room was large and spacious. Pool area was nice as well

We arrived late and was given a king room instead of the reservation for 2 queen beds. I also informed them a couple of days prior that our airline arrived around 10pm and they said they put a note about the late arrival. They had to move us to another room on day 2 and gave us a voucher for breakfast. We like that it’s attached to the convention center but it’s slightly farther from the main sites. Uber was a big help especially since it was raining most of the time we were there.
