We have a strict No Party Policy:

There are Ring Cameras at the entrance and Noise detectors in the house. We live right next door, if there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered. Please continue your booking if you agree with our Rules.
