Total scam artist
I booked it 10 months in advance. He called me the day before arrival saying he had people who wanted to stay an extra 20 days and that they had “just” let him know of a plumbing problem. He wouldn’t send out a plumber immediately because his handyman finished work at 5:00. I gave him a 24 hour plumbers number to fix “the problem,” but then he said he couldn’t do that because the renters had “valuables” in the apartment. The whole story didn’t make sense. You’d be crazy to rent from him.
