Hello, We very much enjoyed this basement level apartment for our Chicago stay! Upon arrival, an appliance was not properly functioning. We let Cassandra know and she immediately had it repaired, on a Sunday! She was great with communication throughout. We hope to return to this location again!

Great place in a great neighborhood

Our stay was great - lovely little spot in a great neighborhood, close to trains and restaurants. No issues here, host was great at communicating and made sure we were doing okay. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great little apartment

We were looking for somewhere with more room than a hotel room, as we were staying a week. This little apartment was perfect! Walkable to several local restaurants and stores, and close to public transportation. Cute and safe neighborhood.

Great stay overall. The apartment was nice and very livable. Plenty of dishes to eat at home, but fridge was small and freezer needed to be defrosted. some measuring cups would be a nice addition. The apartment was chilly, it seems the a/c is controlled from upstairs. Location was great, easy access to public transit and very walkable. There was a bit of a delay when we arrived because the host hadn’t put our stay on her calendar. We were able to drop our bags while the cleaner worked and went for a walk and some Italian ice!

The apartment is in a good location and has all the amenities. The only caveat is the steps to get into the apartment. My parents, who were travelling, struggled a bit with the lack of handrails. It's not life-changing, but something to keep in mind. The landlord had great communication skills, and very responsive to our requests.
