The listing is the basement of a single family home. The family that stays here has a toddler and will be on the main floor. Please be comfortable with that before booking. This beautiful home has the original hardwood floors on the main floor.

The backyard features a seating area with outlets for phone charging, a hot tub, and a small turf area for relaxing or laying out with clothes on.
Note: No sun tanning with suntan lotion or spray is allowed on the turf.
