Charming and cozy single family home fully renovated in a superb location! This house is walking distance to the Chicago metra rail system and Wheaton College, as well as a 6 minute drive to both downtown Wheaton and downtown Glen Ellyn! Relax and unwind in this darling home that we fell in love with!

The health and safety of our guests is important to us. Due to COVID-19 we are taking extra care to professionally disinfect frequently and completely between every reservation UP TO CDC STANDARDS

All of the home is completely updated! Newly renovated kitchen with granite and stainless steel. Classy dining space. Extremely cozy living room with a smart TV. Hardwood floors throughout. Stunning stained glass windows. New washer and dryer. We put so much work into renovating this little gem!

Note: the stairs in this older home are narrow, please stay cautious with those who are elderly

Many restaurants, shops, parks, museums, forest preserves, and much more to see in the area! About 30 minutes away from each airport. Access to Chicago is remarkably convenient with the accessible train station 2 blocks away and the frequent Metra train scheduling each and every day. Ask us for recommendations. Come get away and enjoy!


NO shoes in the house please! You may leave your shoes inside the home in the front entry way. We want to keep the floors and carpets clean for all to enjoy!
Please do not hang any objects or place any tape or nails the walls
Only toilet paper in the toilet. If you clog the pipes and there is a plumber needed, you will be billed for the repair. This is an older home with lots of charm and character, please respect it.
Please leave the house the way you found it. No moving furniture from room to room. Any cleaning beyond normal use (extra dirt or soiling of furniture, beds, bedding, floors, etc.) will be subject to an extra service cleaning fee above the rate listed.
Quiet hours: Starts 11 pm Sunday - Thursday, 12 am Friday & Saturday. Please be respectful of our lovely neighbors! There is no trespassing on the neighbor's property.
The smell or evidence of smoke or any illegal substances in the house will incur a minimum $300 fee.

Cute cottage house

Property had great amenities and was close to a lot of food and recreation. I'd stay there again! Steps are a bit steep and narrow ...a warning, not a knock on the place.

Comfortable accommodations

We had a great stay! The property was clean and convenient to College of DuPage where we were watching our son in the NJCAA National Championship volleyball tournament. Also, house is close to many food and recreation establishments. Would definitely recommend if you're in the Wheaton area.

Charming home

Charming, beautifully decorated and restored home within walking distance of the train station and Wheaton College. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the host was very responsive. I would absolutely stay at this property again in the future.

My sister and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend to attend a My Chemical Romance concert, and we had an amazing time! This property was absolutely perfect for the two of us. It was super tidy and well kept, and we loved the neighborhood! We went on morning walks three out of our four day stay, and we loved the atmosphere of the neighborhood and surrounding areas. We walked on a trail close to the train tracks through the wooded area and it was so green and beautiful. We saw multiple wild bunnies in our yard during our stay as well as chipmunks and squirrels! Overall it was the perfect property for us as first timers to both Illinois and the Chicago area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Sanctuary

ABSOLUTELY perfect property for our family. We have teenage boys and the bedding accommodations were well suited so everyone had space. This is just a charming, well kept home. We appreciated all the little touches from cookware , coffee, and the linens smelled fantastic. Would book again , best location for our needs too!

Cute, clean cottage

This was a great place to stay for a short visit to Wheaton. It is very convenient to Wheaton College and downtown. Beds are comfortable and house is clean and well maintained. We appreciated the extra touches, like snacks and water bottles in the kitchen and fresh flowers on the table. Be aware that the staircases are narrow.

Very clean - great place!

A few friends and I were in town for a show at the WC Social Club. The home is in a great area - we discovered the awesome little town of Glen Ellyn just a couples minutes up the road. The host gave us some great recommendations for local dining. Home was very clean and check-in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Cozy House by the Tracks

This house was great for our visit to Wheaton. It was cozy, cute, clean, and well stocked. The owners let us check in early and were great to work with. I would only mention that the house is right next to train tracks so just know that you will hear them often throughout the night and sometimes feel a bit of shaking. Other than that, the house and location was perfect.

Super cute home near Wheaton College and train station

This was a very cute older home within walking distance of the train station and very near Wheaton College. We stayed with our children when coming to Wheaton for a friend's wedding. It was very near a good playground, good restaurants, nice walkable neighborhood, and right by the College Avenue train station. If we had wanted, we could have hopped on a train into Chicago. The host communicated well and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy and the space was clean and bright. The stained glass windows were a nice touch.
