Charming 2-bedroom home in fantastic Winnetka, IL location
Located in beautiful Winnetka, IL, this adorable 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home sits within a fantastic area known as the 'tree streets'. Offering a sizable back yard with 2 car detached garage and wonderful mature trees to give privacy to this sweet home. The 1st floor living space is updated with the kitchen open to the nice eating area and the family room, which has french doors leading to the deep yard. The living room is nicely proportioned and the sunroom has loads of windows providing nice light. Both of the bedrooms on the 2nd level are a good size with ample closet space. The spacious primary suite consists of a King bed and crib. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Laundry also available in the basement.
