3 bedrooms - excellent if you have a large party. Plenty of space, stocked kitchen (utensils, plates, cookware). Comfortable beds, free wifi. Very clean throughout and had been thoroughly updated, so rooms and furniture did not feel old or crusty at all. It was a great place to call home base during our visit. Nothing special (ie did not have anything "impressive") but nothing bad either. A dirty dish towel, and dirty towel in bathroom were left behind by previous guests. Checkin process was odd - the host mailed me the keys and they arrived the night before the trip, so we were a little anxious.

They went out of the way to make sure we had keys to get in and got in early since no one was there night before.

This was a great property for what we needed. Was able to walk to a couple of the places we had planned on going to. Nice neighborhood. Great host! Jim was very easy to communicate with.

It was a nice clean space for a larger group with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Laundry in unit. Could not always get parking near the unit. Could use some chairs on the porch to sit outside. Would stay there again
