This home and location was perfect for our family of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). Plenty of space for us, parking was easy enough and easy to walk to where we wanted to go.

Perfect Location for Cubs Baseball! (Or White Sox)

9 of us had a 3 night stay here so we could visit Wrigley Field, and threw in the White Sox, Navy Pier, Lincoln Park Zoo and Chinatown for fun! It’s the perfect location!

Lovely living on Lakewood

Location was perfect! Walking around Southport was a perfect activity with kids and adults. Many of restaurants around. Communication with the owner was fabulous. Will stay again when we come back to Chicago!

Great weekend in Chicago

We have actually stayed in this property for over 10 years for our annual Thanksgiving family reunion. It is a perfect location for us, everyone ended up with their own room and the dining room is the site of games and discussions. All perfect!

Perfect Chicago Experience

The home could not be more conveniently located, just blocks from Wrigleyville and the stadium. Situated on a quiet street, it's incredibly convenient yes has all the creature comforts of a well-appointed home. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked and supplied, and it had a cozy and welcoming vibe.

Jays vs Cubs

The property is as advertised and location of place is excellent. Close to Wrigley and all amenities are within a short walk, beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of space for our group of 5 and the main floor with kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms allowed us to not trip over each other. Enjoyed sitting on front porch in the early morning watching the time go by. If you have any plans to go to Wrigley this is the place to stay.

Perfect Chicago Neighborhood Experience

Group of five friends… bedrooms for each (that is a rarity)… in a beautiful Chicago neighborhood setting perfectly positioned between Wrigley Field and the Southport corridor… easy access both the Red and Brown line public transport. Beautiful gray stone building. Best way to experience Chicago

Oh My Goodness! It's the BEST property in Chicago!!!!

Really, we loved this home. We came from Michigan and met our California family in Chicago. We loved how close the property was to Wrigley Field (of course we saw a ball game!) and the tree-lined street was just beautiful. We sat on the front porch each morning for coffee and watched the residents walk by with their dogs. The home worked so well for us. It really was spectacular and just as described. I highly recommend this home!

Lovely Place

The neighborhood feels safe and clean first of all. The apartment was just as described and very well stocked. Lots of cooking gear and plenty of table settings. Very quiet - never heard any other neighbor. Two bedrooms on the main and three downstairs. Every bed was comfortable too. My family loved it. Thanks so much!

PERFECT!!

Michael is a wonderful host. Great location, and make sure to use the two street parking stickers that are provided. I've known this community well all my life. I'm retired in Arizona and mid 60s. Historic community with so much to do within walking. Youthful, and short walk to Wrigley. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet at night, which was important for us. Thank you Michael. I hope to return.
