This is a very convenient location. the hotel is very clean and an easy walk around the city. This is not a luxury hotel, but rather a nice value with high quality.

The staff was unfriendly. No room service. No housekeeping. No toilet paper. Checking in was an hour, not enough staff. Restaurant closes at 10pm but the bar is open until 1am.

This was a surprisingly nice property. I did nkt expect it to be so big inside with such a great upper lobby area. The staff was super friendly (except this 1 lady at the front desk-didnt get or pay attention to her name tag, but she seemed to be having bad days on both of my encounters with her) nevertheless, the bar, cleaning, and other front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Ignitio at the bar was really nice! Its n walking distance to numerous places to eat, sightseeing, and if u really feel like strolling, not far from great shopping on Michigan Ave's Magnificent Mile! They conveniently called me a cab for a very early flight and even Uber/Lyft comes fast. The gym could use more equipment but it did what i needed it to do. The breakfast buffet had great choices and the food was actually really good, in addition to the food at the bar. Yes, i would definitely stat here again

Checked in at around 12 am, no one to be found at the front desk for at least 15/20 mins, not very friendly or helpful. Place was extremely hard to find, no one answers the guest services line from the room when i had a question, not a whole lot of structure or help in this place. Wont be coming back, they could careless

This property is amazing. Usually online pictures can be deceieving but this place was the opposite. It exceeded my expectations from the minute we walked in. Erica at the front desk is amazing. Parking was safe and convenient. We didnt use the pool but it looked nice. The restaurant was moderately priced. Food drinks and ambience were awesome. Our city side view was spectacular. There is nothing anout our sray that we didnt like. My husband said he would stay here every time. Overall fantastic. Highly recommended.

Overall everything was fine. Parking situation was not well explained at the time of checking in. We were told to “go around the corner and park” We had to pay to get in and out. When questioned the front desk, the same person with thick accent said to hold o to the ticket stub until we check out of the hotel. She could have explained the process better. She also could smile and be friendly. Another person did helped us the 2nd time we went to inquire about parking. She was GREAT! Lastly there were only 2 towels in our room and there weee 4 of us. When I called to Housekeeping, I was told that they will bring up 2 more but took along time. We ended up going down to get them.

Breakfast was to be inclided but charged $100. Pool was out of order... another big reason we stayed here. Then got stuck in parking, had to call 2 ppl to get out. Horrible room views too.

Overall the property was very nice, it was clean and all the staff were friendly. However, the beds were uncomfortable and the elevators (yes plural, you need to take 2 elevators to get to and from your hotel room) were extremely difficult.
