"Great location and very nice for the cost"

"Convenient location, simple, but good breakfast, and kind staff. Keep in mind that there a lot of Japanese folks staying here too, so it’s worth minding local manners."

"Great staff, and very helpful always"

"Excellent location next to Chiba Train station with easy access to airport bus. Reasonable room rates and really great buffet breakfast. I would stay there again!"

"We stayed here at the end of our vacation and wish it would’ve been the whole vacation. The hotel is a very old timey kind of cool hotel. They have a basement that has games, manga library, gravity chairs, ping pong, pool. With a free bar for everyone of age. I loved this place very comfortable"

"Good hotel for a cheap price I have no complaints."

"Very good place to stay just language barrier is a common thing which you need a translator but overall good staff and good stay in my opinion and very clean and close to place to eat and transportation to catch"

"excelent! breakfast is a pickup bento from reception not a buffet fyi."

"Great location and spacious room. The air con was set at fixed temperature so it was hard to get the temperature right to my liking. But other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. I especially liked the free laundry facility. The dryer was one of the most efficient I’ve ever used in a hotel!"

"Nice stay"

"The only down side of our stay was the hard beds and pillows. Love the bathrooms for the shower and tub, only wish there was more counter space. Staff were very helpful and friendly."

"コストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。 また利用させて頂きたいと思います。"

"新しいホテルということもあり、清潔感もありよかったです。また利用したいです。"

"This hotel was nice, I had no issues. Chiba is also nice to explore. Not entirely next to Tokyo, but the ride or walk wasn't bad at all. I enjoyed my hotel stay. The breakfast was good for me. There's this soup that is so good omg. I wish I had the recipe lol."

"Clean, comfortable and convenient."

"A nice cheap budget stay, if you can handle the e distance to tokyo."

"Very convenient and quiet"

"I love this hotel and location! Its nice and quiet but still easy to get downtown and other areas. Its one stop way from the airport limousine pickup and a great outlet center."

"Very nice and the hotel was in very close proximity to the train station and restaurants."
