"if you plan to leave the property know that there aren't many taxi or Ubers available and you will spend a lot of money alone on transportation. the rooms were cheap but the rides were more so in all fairness I would stay closer to Florence where there is more available transportation like a bus route. it took a long time to find a taxi to the train station and we spent almost double what we paid for the stay just to get a ride. "

Our rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. We also had a fantastic dinner at the resort. The food was absolutely delicious and a true highlight of our visit. While there was some construction taking place during our stay, it truly didn't take away from the natural beauty of the grounds. The resort is situated in the perfect location for visiting Tuscany’s most scenic spots, and the nearby town of San Casciano in Val di Pesa is such a quaint, lovely place to walk around. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming base in the heart of Chianti! "

"We were here during April. The weather was too cold for the pool. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was excellent. The views cannot be bested. We had a great time. The resort has wine and oil to taste, there are also many other vineyards nearby to sample. The resort is also less than an hour from Florence."

"The staff went out of their way to make us have a great time. Very helpful all around. You won’t go wrong staying here if you are tired of the big cities and want to get away. The restaurant was a perk due to our waitress and cook “Sugar” she offered us one of everything the first night and just brought us dishes to try. It was excellent! We stayed it the new area across from the main area. Borgo La noche and it was really nice to wake up to bread cooking.. our hostess there was the best and gave us great places to go spend our day at castles and towns near there. She was very sweet and helpful with everything!"
