Even though we had to share bathroom with another room, it was not problem at all. Location is also good 14 minutes walk to the center of the city. "Booked to stay here 2 nights following late arrival / early departure at Pisa airport. It really does only take 5 mins to walk over so very convenient. The room was clean and had air conditioning, towels provided - we didnt need anything else. Good selection for breakfast and the owners were very welcoming despite late arrival and ensured we had access to the breakfast from 5am on departure "
