This beautiful luxury 2-bedroom apartment with parking and independent access, has an amazing location on Watergate Row right in the centre of Chester, only a 1 minute walk from the Cross, and only 3 minutes from the Racecourse. All of Chester’s restaurants, bars and sights are right on your doorstep

Our apartment is in the heart of Chester just 100 yards from The Cross. It is completely self-contained with no shared amenities, with independent access, patio and parking space.

The free parking space is a huge bonus in Chester where parking is at a premium.
