We arrived at the property and found the accommodation to be very basic and not up to the standard we expected. When we attempted to cook a meal in the evening, we discovered there were no pots available, only a few pans and plates. The plates were still dirty with food residue on them and clearly had not been washed properly. The mugs also had visible ring marks inside them. There were no bowls for salad or for heating food in the microwave, and there was nothing suitable provided for use with the barbecue.Outside, the flooring area was filthy and we had to use the hose pipe to clean the area ourselves before we could use it. The hot tub also failed to reach the correct temperature on the first night. When we went upstairs to bed, we found old contact lenses scattered across the bedroom floor. The floors generally were very dirty, and there was fluff and dust around the sinks. Only one towel per person had been provided, with no spare towels or bath mats available.Overall, the accommodation felt extremely basic. We were also very disappointed that there were no televisions in the bedrooms.Due to the overall cleanliness issues and poor experience, we decided to leave on the third night rather than complete our stay. We simply left the keys in the lockbox and departed as we had had enough.Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not return or recommend the property.
