"The Shores is a great location for access to both downtown Southampton and the beach. The room itself was as described, well equipped and clean. However, the location itself lacked curb appeal. The entrance is in a back alley above a restaurant. We were apprehensive when we first arrived, but were pleasantly surprised that there was no noise or smell from the restaurant."

"Owners are lovely and interesting. The place is well outfitted with a kitchen that rivals mine. Good hot water. Felt like home in general as it is roomy. Also it was right near the hub of town with the car show a half block away and the same for the sunset and bagpiper on Fridays. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
