"Pleasant stay"

"La limpieza en general deja mucho que desear, la habitación huele a humedad, vi cucarachas, el baño no estaba limpio. Estuve una semana, el penúltimo día alguien hizo sus necesidades en el baño de mi habitación (334), me quejé en el front desk y no recibí ninguna respuesta. Los elevadores tienen laz paredes sucias. El área del desayuno estaba limpia y la atención fue muy buena en esta parte. Buena atención de la Sta. Danays, que trató de ayudarme redpetuosamente cuando le dije del olor desagradable en la habitación. No lrecomiendo este hotel. El precio no se corresponde con la calidad."

"Nice hotel "

"I travel frequently and always stay in this hotel due to location, breakfast and kind staff. I wish the front desk staff wear a professional uniform. Leggings, sweatpants and sneakers are not appropriate. The hotel is in an excellent location and close to everything. Close to pharmacy, beauty salon, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and expressways. The area is very safe and you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings!! Nice breakfast! They have an Area with washing machines and dryer to do your laundry. Staff are always nice and helpful and try to keep the facilities clean, but the hotel itself is in very poor conditions and in need of remodeling. Carpet is awful. Bathroom very old. Everything seems it could fall a part at anytime. They recently got a new property manager who has come with little innovative ideas that are really appreciated. I wish the owners could invest money in the hotel as is worth it for the location. "

"In our first room, it was clear that housekeeping had only changed the sheets and towels. Nothing else was clean. There was hair and dust EVERYWHERE in the bathroom and on the floor. Since it was after 1 a.m., and we had had an incredibly long, exhausting travel day, we decided to ignore it. At 6 a.m., my husband woke to use the bathroom and the toilet overflowed. So, we had to change rooms after getting very little rest. Three hours later, my in laws (staying in another room) called to say their toilet also overflowed. Clearly this an old property that needs extensive plumbing repairs. They offered good breakfast options, but EVERYTHING was ice cold. The staff tried to be helpful, but there is no consolation for the level of inconvenience and dysfunction we experienced here. I tried to print documents in the business center before check out. No ink in the printer. Yet another inconvenience. We could not check out fast enough. We will not be back."
