"It was great! The pillows and beds were incredibly comfortable! The shower water got hot and the pressure was amazing! The view of the water was peaceful! Loved having serval places to eat with in walking distance! We went for the aquarium and it was right across the way as well!! Just wish coffee was available all day ( besides room coffee) "

"Reviews are always so difficult to gauge. There’s always good and there’s always bad. I can’t say a negative thing About this place. From check in to check out, everyone we encountered was so kind. The rooms were spotless! I appreciated, not having carpeted floors in the rooms! The no smoking policy is fantastic for us. Coffee in the lobby was amazing with fresh Muffins. We did not stay for breakfast and did not get a chance to enjoy the bar or pool.
The location is perfect right off the interstate. Our room was in the back corner closest to the interstate… It was unexpectedly quiet!
Having a shuttle literally steps from our room that transported us to our destinations was fantastic!
We will definitely be back!"

"This space is beautiful and well done. The room is functional with it's racks, drawers, and shelves. I really loved the glass shower stall. This hotel's location is walkable to many restaurants and entertainment venues. A short Uber ride for me to the heart of downtown for a minor league baseball game and riverfront concert series.
I enjoyed my stay in Chattanooga. The Kinley and their helpful and vibrant staff helped me so it!"

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated, with a colorful and welcoming atmosphere. The elevators were unfortunately out of order during my stay, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate me with a 3rd-floor room instead of the 5th, which I really appreciated.
The room itself was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the blankets — soft and cozy, not the stiff, papery kind you sometimes find in hotels.
While there were some homeless individuals in the area, I never felt unsafe walking around. All in all, a good experience with attentive service and a great stay.
