"Could not be bothered to open up carpark for us. Sent us on a poorly instructed detour to park at rear of hotel. Lifts out of order. Got to breakfast and no knowledge of us paying for breakfast. Lack of cutlery at breakfast, just very poor customer service all in. "

"Overall a very decent stay with a good bar and restaurant with an excellent breakfast line the morning. The rooms could do with a small freshen up looking a bit tired, but it was very clean and tidy. "
