"Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été reçu par l'hôte qui s'est montré très avenant et à l'écoute. La maison est juste splendide, notre chambre était confortable et bien équipée. La salle de bains commune est très grande. Niveau propreté, tout est nickel. La piscine couverte et chauffée est juste formidable même s'il faut traverser la maison pour y accéder."

"I arrived and the owner wasn’t expecting me even though I had booked earlier that day through Expedia. The room was fine, hard mattress but I like that. A bit outdated and hard worn sheets but I slept really well. I asked about dinner and the owner said yes 7:30. I was sat in reception alone (in the dark as the light kept going off) and served a bowl of pasta with chopped up smoked salmon and cheese, a dry crepe and a terrible packaged flan. "De passage dans la région nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner 2 nuits au Manoir de la vieille douve, un très bel établissement, parfaitement bien rénové, dans un cadre très agréable. Nous avons testé la chambre Olive qui est très bien décorée, spacieuse et lumineuse. Le lieux propose une piscine couverte, une salle de sport, une salle de réunion et bientôt tout un programme bien être avec sauna et Hammam. "lovely place in the quiet countryside. only 10-15mins drive to the nearest town for restaurants, shops etc.. Perfect if you want to stay away from the traffic/town noise. I was only 30mins drive from Rennes which was perfect. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and their food is excellent. "
