"The property is absolutely stunning! The decor and finish is of such a high spec. The communal room is lovely and the pool and outside area is beautiful! The breakfast was delicious and just enough to start your day! The hosts are lovely and attentive just enough but not in your face. The location is great and close enough to walk into town. "What a beautiful Chateau! The owner tells me that they spent 5 years restoring it. It is wonderful.
Be aware they only offer dinner on Saturday nights - I checked before. The good news is they do cheese and charcuterie boards. This suited me down to the ground. A glass of red wine and I was very happy.
Charming owners too. Great if you use as a stopover en route as only 15 mins from Bordeaux and 5 mins from the motorway. Sweet little village too."

"This hotel is the best i have stayed in receptionist couldn't help us enough restaurant was not opened the night we arrived but he told us where the nearest place was to eat about four minute walk the food was lovely and so was the staff so friendly we booked a hotel room but when we got there they said we have put you in a apartment across the road we have a dog it was heaven for all of us so much room lovely places to walk the dog breakfast next morning absolutely fabulous staff was attentive making sure we had everything we needed best continental breakfast by far in france location not far from motorway cant say how much i love this place "
"Clean room, somewhat cold , can't adjust room thermometer. But comfortable enough, has a decent TV, with enough channels to satisfy. Public transportation to train station close by. Would recommend a taxi to get there, especially at night."
