"We liked the property and had a great nights sleep in The Star Wars room (No 17) great IF you are a fan! Very clean and comfortable with lovely bathroom. It was a very hot night but there was a good fan in the bedroom.Unfortunately unknown to us it was a Saturday and a Saints day ( frequent in France) so bar and bistro were closed ( as was everything else in the village)and we had to check ourselves in. "Very happy with our stay (family of 5 adults). Lots of room in the house. We stayed during the heatwave but the house remained cool (although the rooms upstairs/under the roof were a bit hot but a lot less than expected). We rent a house every year but these were the best beds we have ever slept in - and showers were very good too. Overall the house is in a very quiet location but in a little hamlet with a couple of neighbours so it doesn't feel completely secluded. There were a couple of minor issues but quickly sorted by the responsive landlord."

"This is essentially a commercial hotel attached to a transport restaurant. Five star luxury it is not but my wife and I loved it. The room was clean, well decorated and stylish. The shower worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife felt a little out of place amongst all the lorry drivers but they were all very nice and one very large one carried both of my suitcase up stairs for me. Wonderful when you are 80. Breakfast was served outside. It was lovely. It is in a small, very French, town and the parking is easy. 24 hr access with a door code. Nothing to complain about at all."
