"We had a very good experience with our 4 night stay. We had a nice buffet breakfast each morning. Two evenings we had the buffet dinner. Food and selections of food were adequate. When checking in, do not expect to gain access to your room much before the advertised check-in time of 3 PM. I suppose it depends upon how booked they were the day before. We had requested early check-in several day prior to arrival. After a wait at the hotel, we got into our room about 2 PM."

"Well located and easy access to Lisbon. Everything is well within walking distance but there is metro or bus if required. Very clean and comfortable hotel for a 3 star. It is modern and well presented. The staff all spoke excellent English and were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was great lots of choice of hot and cold, fruits, yoghurt, cereal, Pastries as well as eggs, bacon etc Coffee machine making fabulous coffee and choice of teas. Choice of milks including lactose free and oat The room was well laid out and the bed was king sized and very comfortable Excellent shower and no leaking on the floor which is a 10/10 for me! Overall we had a fantastic stay and I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel Thank you for having us"

"Très bien situé, près d’un métro et la magnifique rue Liberdade. Le lounge est super à condition qu’on vous l’offre, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter, personne ne nous a informé. Petit déjeuner intéressant, un peu cher Chambre très petite mais très bien organisé et propre. J’y retournerais"

"Staff are really great. Breakfast is plain with plenty of food and basic choices. You're three blocks away from the deliciousness of Gleba so no need to have breakfast in the hotel if it's not what you want. The door hinges could use some grease. A lot of noise echoes around, especially when people arrive late, right the doorbell and drag their suitcases up the stairs. A bit difficult if you're a light sleeper."
