"Excellent area & facilities. Unfortunately it was cold & the radiators in our room didn’t work - it was obvious they needed servicing. The restaurant food was very good but our steak order was taken by an unpleasant man. Breakfast was good but with offhand service from a different man. Never felt valued guests. "

Very comfortable bed though traditional bolster with huge pillow and bed covers could be replaced. "We booked at the last minute because another property fell through. While very simple, Brit Hotel was a wonderful surprise. Quiet, friendly and helpful staff, and one of the best breakfasts we had while in France. We loved the emphasis on local products. A great stay."

Wonderful bathroom with shower. And for us most importantly, it was quiet. The stars were beautiful at night too. We plan on returning."
